Welcome Back! A Message to the Craig Community
To our Craig community and wine community at large:
It is with great pleasure that I announce that our little mountain winery is again open for in-person tastings in both of our locations; the Howell Mountain Winery on Summit Lake Drive, and our Tasting Salon in Downtown Napa.
We’re Open for Tastings!
The fact that we are still a thriving business is because of your support through these choppy waters as many of our friends and colleagues in the hospitality, restaurant and wine business have not been as fortunate. You can’t beat a loyal Craighead! THANK YOU from all of us at RCW for keeping the great wine flowing in your homes and with your families.
KC Denham has come down from the mountain where, since the shut down, he has been bottling the magnificent 2018’s and helping to put the likewise sensational 2019’s to bed until they go to bottle next summer. The work in production has added to his already substantial knowledge of wine while taking some inches off of his waist line and giving him a tan that was harder to earn than were he cocktailing poolside. We are all psyched to have KC back downtown hosting, except for the winemaking crew who want him to stay up top.
Special Offer for Virtual Tasting Attendees
If you have attended one of our virtual tastings, we will waive the $35 tasting fee for you and your group (maximum 6 per county order) in the salon. If you have attended 3 or more of our virtual tastings, Christian will schedule a group visit (maximum 6 per county order) on the mountain and waive the $125 per person charge. You have shown us the love, and now we will show you the love.
Both of our tasting facilities are ideal for staying safe as we have plenty of room, and we can host predominately outside as long as the weather cooperates. Please show up in a mask and wear it until you and your crew are seated, be conscious of the other guests, and don’t travel to Napa for tastings if you, or anyone in your group, are not feeling well.
