“Mount Veeder Masterclass” Virtual Tasting Video
On Friday, July 17, 2020, Elton was joined by master farmer Philip Coturri for a discussion and tasting of Robert Craig Winery’s long association with the Mount Veeder AVA in general, with particular focus on the northern end of the appellation.
The tasting gegan with our just-released 2017 Gap’s Crown Chardonnay, which is racy, mineral laden, and a perfect way to kick off a summer weekend while preparing your palate for two tremendous Cabernets from Mount Veeder.
Phil and Elton then tasted and discussed the 2010 Pym Rae Vineyard Mount Veeder Library Cabernet before giving a sneak preview of the extremely limited 2018 Amentet Estate Vineyard Mount Veeder Caberne. All three wines are stunning examples of their individual vineyards.
