We are delighted to share a very special hour of library wine tasting and sparkling conversation with former Cabernet Club Director at RCW of many years, Rachel Miller. Rachel and Elton were joined by current Director of Direct to Consumer Sales & Hospitality Jami Castro for a lively discussion of three beautiful wines from the Craig cellar. These featured wines will be part of the upcoming seven-year library, 2013 wine release — affectionately known around here as the “7 year itch”.

We opened with our first all-estate grown 2013 Affinity Cabernet from Coombsville before heading to Howell Mountain for the 2013 Zinfandel from neighboring Black Sears Vineyard, ending with a regal finish featuring the stunning 2013 Howell Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

Rachel and Elton discussed their 16 years together working alongside Bob & Lynn Craig — always a lively discussion — and Jami joined in to discuss all things new at the Craig.
